"A 'one more episode' trap in the best way"
Lucky hooked me fast. Anya Taylor-Joy plays a con artist in way over her head, with dangerous people closing in from every direction. That's all you need to know going in the fun is watching how it unfolds. The pacing never lets up. The thing that got me, though, is the episode endings. Every single one closes on something that makes you need the next episode immediately. I'd planned to watch two. That didn't happen.
Taylor-Joy is the reason this works. Great cast all around, but she's the one you can't look away from. My only real complaint is that some of the action feels like stuff you've seen before, the usual car chases and shootouts. Didn't ruin anything for me, just kept it from being a 10.
If you like thrillers or you're a "one more episode" liar like me, watch it. 8/10.
